I confirm that I have at least 5 hours of availability each week to dedicate to this program through July and August 2026.

I commit to presenting the finished prototype to my leadership team at the end of the pilot sprint (late August) and will facilitate that meeting with reasonable advance notice.

I agree to participate in the Launchpad Showcase in early September, where the pilot is presented live to Samsung, Qualcomm, Google, and invited guests.

I will provide timely feedback on deliverables (within 48 hours of review checkpoints) so the sprint stays on schedule.

I understand that Rock Paper Reality and Samsung may co-brand and publicly reference this project as a case study, and I will work in good faith to secure internal approval.

I confirm that I am the authorized representative of my organization for this application and that no conflicting agreements prevent participation.
